Does anyone know if it is a requirement of the UAE for one to produce an Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC) before offering a visa to go there and work?
There is a particular foundation whose lawyer (attorney) is requesting USD700.00 to process that document.
Is this legitimate or required? |

Hello kirklandlawrence
Welcome to the forum
Never heard of it but even if it were true, you wouldn't be asked to pay for it. Therefore, I suggest that it is a scam.

Hello kirklandlawrence
This mail is scam.
It is from so called SALUDA HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION
Through SAHIA AHMAD LAW CHAMBERS AND PARTNERS (ADVOCATE & SOLICITORS).
They offered me PERSONAL SECRETARY JOB AND ASK ME TO PAY $ 700 FOR EIC EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE CERTIFICATE which has no existence in UAE laws.
So be careful.
Bye. |
