If you're living in South Korea and need a degree apostille for South Korea, you can go to www.apostillepros.com

Basically, you mail them your degree and they have it apostille (include the notary process). They apostille the document the same day they receive your degree/diploma and ship it out by FedEx, so you have tracking.

Also, if you need your FBI background check, they are certified fingerprinters. You take your prints at the local police station in South Korea, take 3 prints on FD-258 fingerprint cards or print from the FBI website (http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/background-checks/standard-fingerprint-form-fd-258). FD-258 is cardstock paper, so your prints might show up better. Anyway, they will check your prints before submitting them to the FBI. Afterwards, the CBC (criminal background check) will be mailed to them in the U.S. and they will have it apostille. It saves you time and money, rather than mail it back and forth. Use FedEx or EMS service, so you have tracking when you mail it to them.

They did it for my friend and everything was accepted. She is in Incheon.

Actually, I have a good experience with new company called DC Apostille they helped my to obtain FBI CBC, all process as the same as Apostille Pros but the turn around time, it's 4 business days in US then to be delivered by FedEx, I've received it after 12 days all done.

Just want to share my experience with folks by mention another agency that could be useful as well.
