I am a qualified and experienced EFL/EAL teacher (British), but want to get out of this country. I have just been to Bulgaria on holiday (Bansko) and loved it. Does anybody know the best way to find employment in Bulgaria? How expensive is accommodation? What kind of salary is offered? Any information would be wonderful!

Hello Elzbieta

Welcome to the forum.

You had the opportunity to find out this information, whilst you were in Bulgaria. You were ideally placed; why didn't you?

Thanks for replying and for link. I couldn't find out this information while in Bulgaria because I was only there for 2 and a half days on an inspection trip. No time. Anymore info gratefully received.

Hi, Elzbieta!

If you are still interested in Bulgarian ESL schools, I can give you some info. I have 3 years experience as an ESL teacher in Bulgaria, even though now I am based in Canada. Razz
