I've been using Avast for a number of years...happy with it and have had no issues.

Whichever comes free with the ISP.

If none, then AVG. Which is free...

They're all basically the same lol

ZenOK Free Antivirus I recommend it to everyone. It take less resource. My experiences with it are good antivirus, anti-spyware, anti-malware and protects your PC.

I'll update my reply,

as of a few weeks ago I noticed there was a free AV in the windows update thing. I've been using that.
