I've had a look at your website (I went to both hyperlinks you posted) and could find no page with links to other ESL websites at all.
Since you're offering the link exchange, and you've just left your own ESL links on this forum thread, why don't you first put a link back to us on your site? The URL should be exactly:
http://www.esl-jobs-forum.com
Afterwards, come back to the thread about links HERE and leave us a new post informing us that you've done it (easily accomplished if you just post the link to your ESL site's "page of links.")
